Our Service Arrangement provides scheduled preventative maintenance for your designated scales, including full inspection, calibration, and accuracy testing with NIST-traceable weights.

If repairs or parts are needed to meet tolerance standards, we’ll notify you before completing any additional work.

The agreement remains active until canceled — no annual renewal required. While rates may change, customers under this arrangement receive discounted service pricing, including reduced rates for any service needed between scheduled inspections on covered standard scales.
