cALIBRATION
We provide comprehensive inspection, preventative maintenance, calibration, and repair services for weighing equipment. Berne Scale technicians are fully certified to place your commercial weighing equipment into service and verify compliance with state regulations. Going the extra mile to ensure continued accuracy, repeatability, readability, and usability. All calibrations are performed using certified test weights traceable to NIST standards.
rEPAIR
Our technicians service a broad range of weighing equipment, including industrial crane scales, bench and floor scales, precision counting scales, and analytical laboratory balances. We are equipped to diagnose mechanical, electronic, and load cell-related issues to restore equipment to manufacturer and tolerance specifications.
iNSTALLATION
In addition to scale calibration and repair, we install and service a wide range of weighing and data capture equipment, including barcode scanners, printers, forklift scales, batching systems, anchors for ramps and foot holders, and floor scales. Our team ensures proper integration, configuration, and ongoing support to keep your operations running efficiently and accurately.
The berne scale Service arrangement
Our Service Arrangement provides scheduled preventative maintenance for your designated scales, including full inspection, calibration, and accuracy testing with NIST-traceable weights.
If repairs or parts are needed to meet tolerance standards, we’ll notify you before completing any additional work.
Customers under this arrangement can receive discounted service pricing, including reduced rates for any service needed between scheduled inspections on covered standard scales.
The Berne Scale Service Arrangement is an at will non-binding arrangement. It is not a contract and can be declined or canceled at any time with no cost or risk to you. We believe that our response time and performance will keep you satisfied for many years.
