Field Service Technicians. A true field service position, our technicians are out on the front line, assisting customers wherever there is a need. Our technicians inspect, calibrate, troubleshoot and repair electronic and mechanical weighing equipment and peripherals. Our coverage area is such that little overnight travel is expected.

Sales Professionals. Both "outside sales" and in-house "customer service" personnel assist our customers with needs assessments, equipment recommendations, and product quotations. Our Sales Professionals work with the customer throughout the order process, through delivery, installation and training as needed.

Technical Application Specialists. Our staff include individuals able to assist customers in the design and implementation of complex and customized weighing systems that utilize the most sophisticated methods and equipment available in the weighing industry today.

Administrative, Operations and Support Personnel. A staff of dedicated personnel work behind the scenes to keep all aspects of the company running smoothly.
